Our Vision
To be Florida’s premier youth soccer league where all teams can play and develop regardless of race, creed, sex, ability or economic status. We strive to develop and prepare our clubs for the future. We pledge to give back to our members in the form of player development, business development, coach and referee education, and provide financial aid platforms for the membership community.
Our League Structure
Florida Club Leagues (FCL) provides a variety of competition platforms tailored to support players, coaches, and clubs at every stage of development. From elite-level play to regional flexibility, each league is built to serve Florida’s diverse soccer landscape.
ECNL Regional League – Florida (ECNL RL)
A top-tier platform for elite players seeking a pathway to ECNL National competition.
Age Groups: U13–U19
Gender: Boys & Girls
Format: Club v Club
Tier: Top-level
Postseason: ECNL Regional/National events
Application: Annual club application required
National Premier Leagues (NPL)
A national competition focused on high-level matches, reduced travel, and a pathway to the ECNL Regional League.
- Age Groups: U13–U19
- Gender: Boys & Girls
- Format: Club v Club* and team-based
- Tier: High-level (Offering both Division 1 & Division 2)
- Postseason: Qualification for NPL Finals
- Application: League application and approval
NOTE: Clubs on the ECNL-RL Promotion Pathway MUST carry 6 teams across (one gender) to be considered for following year
Pre-ECNL (formerly FCL Academy)
Pre-ECNL is an exclusive platform for advanced U10 through U12 players designed to prepare clubs and players for the ECNL and ECNL RL pathway. It offers a year-round, age-appropriate competitive environment aligned with long-term player development goals.
- Age Groups: U10, U11, & U12
- Gender: Boys & Girls
- Format: Club v Club
- Tier: Advanced Developmental / ECNL Preparatory
- Structure: U10 (7v7), U11 (9v9) & U12 (11v11)
- Eligibility: Clubs fielding 6+ teams in ECNL or ECNL RL platforms or NPL pplatforms (one gender)
Regional Premier Leagues (RPL)
The Regional Premier Leagues (RPL) offer flexible, competitive play for clubs across Florida, with localized scheduling, and reduced travel. The RPL includes:
- North Florida Premier League (NFPL)
- Central Florida Premier League (CFPL)
- Southeast Florida Premier League (SEFPL)
- West Florida Premier League (WFPL)
- Age Groups: U8–U19 (varies by region)
- Gender: Boys & Girls
- Format: Club v Club and/or team-based (varies by region)
- Tier: Competitive Regional
- Application: League approval required
